We do everything possible that the parts we sell make it to you quickly and safely, but we cannot control everything! Should you receive a damaged item or one that is not working after proper installation, please contact us immediately.
All damages, claims, and shortages must be reported to PDQ Supply, Inc. within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Call PDQ Supply, Inc. at 1-800-843-0903 and ask to speak with our Customer Service Department.
